Coaching and waxing support is available to members of Biathlon East Australia's Associations and Clubs at the Victorian Junior XC Championships to be held at Fals Creek Nordic Bowl on Sat 17 and Sun 18th July 2021.  

The event is held by East Gippsland Biathlon Club / NSW Biathlon Association on behalf of Biathlon East Australia.  

The Victorian Junior Championships waxing and coaching support program is being held with adherence to Biathlon East Australia's COVID-19 Safety Plan requirements.  

If you are ill or have flu-like symptions, please donot attend.

A final program will be confirmed with participants in the week prior to the event.

Note: Athletes who are also attending the SnowAUS Schools Nordic event in Falls Creek and the Victorian Junior XC Championships will be provided with coaching / waxing support on Friday 16th July 2021. 

Waxing: Ski waxing for events will be provided as part of coaching support and included in the cost. Athletes will be assisted to test skis on the Friday and Saturday if requested.

Cost:   Skis will cost $30 per pair for glide Future Fluor free liquid wax or parrafin base and structure if needed. $25 for classic waxing.

Coaching fee per athlete will depend upon the the number of athletes who are part of the event and will cover coaches daily fees plus. The aim is to keep the cost as low as possible. 

Registration: Interested athletes should register their attendance by 12 July 2021 so final numbers, costings and details can be advised.
