IBU Biathlon Session - USI Rifle Club  

An IBU Biathlon match session is being held, if you are ill or have flu-like symptions, please do not attend. 

Where:  HorseShoe Range, Anzac Rifle Range

              245 Franklin Street, Malabar.

Time:   2.00pm to 3.30pm (minimum 3 athletes and 1 parent volunteer required for session to run)

Please arrive at 1.30pm to assist with Range set up and the session will begin once the Range is set up. 

Meeting Place:  Please meet at the Range and use the link below to sign in on-line prior to arrival at the session.

Wear:  Covered shoes, and comfortable clothes for lying on a biathlon mat. 

Bring:  Drink, hat and wear sunscreen 

Equipment: Biathlon rifle, armband, ammunition, zero target.  

Documents:  Shooting Licence or Minors Permit. 

Cost:  $20 Range Fees both Junior/Senior.  

Coaching Fee: $30 coaching session fee. All minor athletes, who have not competed at IBU events in 2022-23  are required to be part of the c oaching session due to NSW Firearms Registry supervision requirements.  

Rifle Hire:  $5 (may need to be shared)

Ammunition:  ammunition will be required.

Licensing sessions and C&T session are available by arrangement. Please email info@nswbiathlon.com.au if you are interested in trying .22 biathlon shooting and/or obtaining a firearms licence or minor permit (U18yrs)
