Training will include 6 days of coaching and one rest day. Shooting and skiing will be included. Session formats will be determined on an on-going basis and advised regularly.  

Race support for athletes competing in races on the weekend is included. 

Session Start Times:  9.30am and 1.30pm

Lunch Break: 11.30am to 1.15pm - no supervision will be provided during lunch break and parents will need to make their own arrangements.  

Athletes will be expected to rest and recover ready for the afternoon session. 

Equipment Required: Both Classic and Skate skis and poles are required. Athletes will be coached in both skate and classic technique. 

Wax: Athletes are expected to wax their skis for training days and will be assisted with wax for race days.

Payment is required at the time of registration. 

Please ensure you are a member of NSW Biathlon prior to attending the school holiday program. Membership is $55 and required to ensure athlete insurance coverage.
