A biathlon training weekend is being held in Bungendore.  

(in conjunction with ACT Biathlon)

Where: Various locations around Canberra and Bungendore 

Activities:  Roller-skiing, laser shooting, .22 shooting

Equipment:  Laser rifles will be provided.  Those shooting with .22's should bring their own rifle and ammunition. 

Cost: $30 per session or $50 per day.  $5 laser rifle hire per session.

Schedule:

Fri 23rd Nov 

7.00pm Roller-ski training - Stromlo Forest Park (for OS and advanced athletes). Own roller-skis required.  

Sat 24^th Nov

7.00am Morning run and exercises (for those staying together)

7.30am Breakfast (for those staying together)

8.30 – 10.30 am .22 OS team. Shooting and running

10.30 – 12noon – Laser and .22 for licenced emerging athletes

12noon lunch

3.00 pm MTB Ride

6.00pm dinner

7.30 pm dry-fire and stretching / and talk about OS equipment etc

Sun 25th Nov 

7am Morning Run and exercises (for those staying together)

7.30am Breakfast (for those staying together)

8.30am – 10.30 OS team.22 Shooting and Mt Bike

10.30 – 12noon Laser and .22 for licenced emerging athletes / Mt Bike

12noon – lunch

1.00pm to 3.00pm – run and hill bounding

Camp finished and home

Attendees will be invoiced at the conclusion of the Camp.
