NSW Biathlon Masters Roller Ski Session

This is the first sessions for the new Masters program in 2019. 

The session will  run for 1hr and start off new roller-skiers and give coaching tips to the more experienced.

At the end of the session, Masters Coordinator Gary McGregor will discuss with attendees the structrue and format for the group on an on-going basis. 

Participants will require:

• roller skis - a limited supply of skate roller-skis and boots are available. Please indicate your equipment requirements when registering. 
• XC ski boots
• poles
• helmet
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Bring drink, snack and wear sunscreen.

Our Athlete Development roller ski  and laser biathlon session will commence at 9am, so if your children are keen, why not register them for the 9am session!
