A  fun laser biathlon Come and Try event will be held at the Marlo Easter Fete.

When:  Easter Saturday, 20 April 2019

Where: Marlo Primary School on the tennis courts 

Time: Commences 9.00am on Saturday 20th April and concludes at 3.00pm  

Cost:  Free

Try laser biathlon and rollerskiing under the instruction of esteemed local Biathlon Olympic family 'The Mortons' and East Gippsland Biathlon Club members.  

• Test yourself on the laser biathlon training systems.
• Have a go at rollerskiing and receive a lesson from an Olympian and Current Men's and Women's Australian Biathlon Champions
• Try your skills on a cross country skiing agility, challenge course
• Challenge yourself with a mini laser biathlon circuit
• Test your balance on a bongo board
• Or just learn about an incredible winter Olympic sport which is becoming popular all year round

Mini Laser Biathlon Lessons on the Hour

Join a mini laser biathlon lesson on the hour and try X C skiing and laser biathlon. (Please arrive 5 minutes prior to fit equipment)

#Find Your 30 with the East Gippsland Biathlon Club 

Participants are encouraged to register on-line  to ensure availability of laser biathlon equipment and to meet Peak Body laser regulation requirements. 

Equipment:  Laser biathlon equipment will be provided.

Roller-skis, and xc ski boots can be provided for use under instruction.

What to Bring and Wear:   

Own helmet - a limited number will be available 

Long socks for XC ski boots. 

All athletes must use a helmet to roller-ski. Knee pads and elbow pads are recommended for inexperienced roller-skiers.
