NSW Biathlon Roller Ski and Laser Biathlon Session

The aim of this session is to put together roller-skiing and laser biathlon, practising positioning onto mats, rifle aiming and exit and entry to the Range. 

Participants will require:

• roller skis - skate roller-skis and boots are available from NSW Biathlon. Please indicate your equipment requirements when registering. 
• XC ski boots
• poles
• helmet
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Laser equipment and mats will be provided

Bring  ample drink, snack and wear sunscreen.

Cost: $30 per session plus $5 for laser rifle usage.
