The East Gippsland Biathlon Club will be holding the following introductory sessions to Biathlon and X C Skiing in Marlo 

Thursday 25th April 3.45pm tp 5pm @ 48 Jorgensen Street

- Laser Biathlon, running and ski imitation.

- An opportunity to learn biathlon skills while training for X C running!

Friday 26th April 2.00pm - 3pm - Marlo Primary School Clinic (Booked in - no need to register)

- Talk and workshop with Olympic Coach / Athlete Cameron Morton.

- What is biathlon? What are the physical and mental requirements of this challenging Olympic Sport?

- How to use Laser Biathlon training devices

- Combining laser biathlon with exercise

Friday 26th April 3.20pm - 4.30pm  @ Marlo Primary School - 

- Introduction to Laser Biathlon and Rollerskiing

Participants are required to register on-line to meet Peak Body laser regulation requirements. 

Equipment:  Laser biathlon equipment will be provided.

Roller-skis, and xc ski boots can be provided for use under instruction.

What to Bring and Wear:   

Own helmet - a limited number will be available 

Long socks for XC ski boots. 

All athletes must use a helmet to roller-ski. Knee pads and elbow pads are recommended for inexperienced roller-skiers.
