June High Performance Preparation Camp 

A preparation camp targeting athletes in the Biathlon in East Australia High Performance pathway is being held by East Gippsland Biathlon Association on behalf of NSW Biathlon Association at Mt Hotham from June 18 to 23, 2019. 

The camp is suitable for athletes aspiring to enter 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games selection trials and enter 2019 Biathlon Championship races towards racing internationally. 

Daily Session  - 2 sessions will be provided on a daily basis 

Session Start Times:  9.00am and 1.30pm

Session Length: approx 2hrs 

Lunch Break: 11.30am to 1.15pm

Equipment Required: Skate and classic skis and poles are required along with own biathlon rifle. A limited number of rifles are available through Biathlon in East Australia. 

Cost: $350 - includes accomodation and coaching.

Catering: a catering fee will be levied per athlete  at the end of the Camp. 

Transport: Athletes own arrangements to attend Camp. Daily transport will be provided.

Membership: Please ensure you are a member of one of the Biathlon in East Australia Clubs or Associations. Annual membership is $55 or day membership is $5 and required to ensure athlete insurance coverage.
