Masters Roller Ski Session

A Masters Roll-Ski session with coaching  will be held at Newington Armory . The session will run alongside our Junior Development session  and for this week will be under the guidance of NSW Biathlon coaches.

The session will run for approx 90mins.  

Equipment can be provided by NSW Biathlon. Please advise equipment required when registering. 

Participants will require:

• roller skis  
• XC ski boots
• poles
• helmet (mandatory) 
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Bring drink, snack and wear sunscreen.
