Interested athletes including athletes who recently took part in the Biathlon in East Australia Laser Biathlon Junior Series are invited to attend a laser biathlon training workshop.  

Where:  Mt Stromlo Forest Park Criterium Circuit, ACT      

Activities: Laser biathlon, including Skating Rollerskiing, laser biathlon shooting and how to put them together.

Schedule:

Mon 7th Oct 2019 

4.00pm - 6.00pm - Laser Biathlon workshop 

A discussion will be held after the session on how to get more involved in biathlon and programs offered from participation to high performance. 

Laser Biathlon Equipment:  Laser biathlon equipment will be provided.

XC  Ski Equipment: Roller-skis, boots and poles can be provided, if an attendee does not have their own. Please indicate requirements when registering. 

Attendees should bring their own gloves and eyewear.  

Hemlets are mandatory. 

What to Bring:   

i) XC Skiing equipment if you have it

ii)  Drinks and snacks  

iii) suitable training clothing with layers as athletes will warm-up as the sessions progresses

iv) sunscreen, sunglasses, helmet
