NSW Biathlon Laser Biathlon and Roller Ski Session

This session is to practice  and focus on both laser biathlon and XC roller-skiing, including roller-skiing technique and moving in and out of the laser range.    

All levels are welcome. 

Note: For Masters athletes, an ealier 8am session may be run, if there are enough registrations. Please advise when registering if you would like to attend an 8am Masters session. 

Participants will require:

• roller skis
• XC ski boots
• poles
• helmet
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Bring drink, snack and wear sunscreen.
• roller-skis and boots can be provided, please indicate your equipment requirements when registering. 

Cost: $30 per session.
