NSW Biathlon Roller Ski Technique Session  

This session is to practice  and focus on roller-skiing (separate to laser-biathlon) including hill work, stepping and improvements to technique.   

All levels are welcome and attendees can roller-ski after the session has completed to practice. 

Participants will require:

• roller skis
• XC ski boots
• poles
• helmet
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Bring drink, snack and wear sunscreen.
• XC boots can be provided, please indicate your equipment requirements when registering. 

Meet at the Gatehouse where bikes are hired at the bottom of Jamieson Road at 8.45am for allocation of equipment.
