World Cup No 3 commences Thursday 15th December. 2016. This World Cup has Sprints, Pursuits and the first Mass Start for the 2016-17 season.

With a simultaneous start by all competitors the Mass Start offers the ultimate in excitement and suspense for spectators. The Men's race is 15km and the Women's 12.5km and shooting follows the sequence of prone, prone, standing, standing. with penalty loops skied for missed shots.
