Arber Hohenzolern Ski Stadium (GER) is the location for IBU Cup No 5.

The ARBER Hohenzollern-Ski stadium was opened in 2014 as a biathlon- and cross-country skiing stadium. The facility is located 950 to 1.035 meters above sea level.

Its a short IBU Cup of two days with the tough IND races of 15km (women) and 20km (men) and Mixed/Single Mixed Relays only on the race program.

Arber will be a new location for the NSW/VIC/AUS athletes with the IBU Cup circuit not visting this venue in recent years. Likely athletes for AUS will be Jillian Colebourn, Sabrina Howell, Daniel Walker and Jeremy Flanagan.

Brother and Sister Damon and Darcie Morton will not contest the Arber IBU Cup due to the travel distance from their training base of Obertilliach (AUT) and their coaches focus on a strong 6 week training block for Damon ahead of attending World Championships (start 10 Feb) and Darcie continuing to build her endurance/capacity ahead of Asian Winter Games competition.
