NSW Biathlon Roller Ski Session  

This session will focus on improvements to technique, hill work and distance for the more advanced attendees.    

All levels are welcome. 

Participants will require:

• roller skis
• XC ski boots
• poles
• helmet
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Bring drink, snack and wear sunscreen.
• XC boots and roller-skis can be provided, please indicate your equipment requirements when registering. 

Meet at the Gatehouse where bikes are hired at the bottom of Jamieson Road at 8.50am for allocation of equipment.
