A biathlon training weekend is being held in Jindabyne.  

(in conjunction with NSW Biathlon)

Where: Jindabyne Sport and Recreation and SSAA Berridale Shooting Range 

Activities:  Roller-skiing, laser biathlon, .22 biathlon

Schedule and Location:

Sat 21st March

1.30pm to 3.30pm Roller Skiing and Laser Biathlon Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre Sports Oval    

Sun 22nd March 

1.00pm - 3.00pm .22 Biathlon Shooting SSAA Range Berridale. 

Licensed shooters are required to bring their Firearms Licence or Minors Permit.

Unlicensed shooters are required to complete a P650 form and bring required photo ID and come with their parent if U18. Athletes new to .22 shooting are welcome to register and try .22 shooting.

Ammuniton will be available at the SSAA Berridale Range at $10 per box. It is suggested 1.5 boxes will be required. 

A Range fee payable to SSAA will apply and will be confirmed. 

Equipment: Rollerskis, boots and poles can be provided.

Laser rifles and biathlon rifles will be provided

Helmets are mandatory and must be worn for roller-skiing.  provided.

Cost: $10 per session.  $5 laser rifle or biathlon rifle hire. 

Note: Active Kids vouchers can be used for these sessions.
