Zoom - Dry Skiing , Biathlon and Fitness Sessions

Zoom training sessions are being held to assist athletes maintain their fitness and develop their technique during COVID-19 sport restrictions.
Where: On your laptop, desktop or other mobile device
Date/Time: Thursdsay 30th April 6pm - 7pm Fitness and Strength
Sunday 3rd May - 9am to 10.15am Dry-skiing/Roller-skiing and biathlon mat position
This week we are going back on your roller-skis!
If you have roller-skis, we will be using them on grass to start to put into practice the muscle memory learnt in dry-skiing. If you don't, then bring your poles and biathlon mat.
Equipment: Fitness and Strength - mat or towel
Dry-skiing - roller-skis (if you have them) and XC ski poles (or similar). If you are using roller-skis, you will need to be on grass.
Biathlon Mat - yoga mat, towel or similar
Bring: A drink
Cost: $10 per session or attend 2 sessions for $15. Family groups are welcome and all members can attend for the cost of $10 (1 session) or $15 (both sessions).
Please register and make payment to attend including the names of family members attending if more than 1.
A Zoom link will be sent to registered email addresses by 5pm on Thursday 30th April and Sat 2nd May 2020.
