NSW Biathlon Roller Ski Session

A Masters Group Roller-ski session is being held. 

The session will run for 1hr and include coaching.   

Participants will require:

• roller skis - a limited supply of skate roller-skis and boots are available. Please indicate your equipment requirements when registering. 
• XC ski boots and socks. Socks should reach over your ankle. 
• poles
• helmet
• knee and elbow pads are recommended for new roller-ski athletes
• Bring drink, snack and wear sunscreen.

Meeting place will be the sheltered area as you enter the Armory from the bottom of Jamieson Street and walk along the bitumen pathway/roadway. 

Please arrive 10mins early if you require equipment and 5mins early if you have your own equipment so the session is ready to commence at 9.45am.
