IBU Biathlon Session - Alpine Target Rifle Club  

We are seeking expressions of interest for Term 3 biathlon shooting to assist with setting up of sessions and time-slots.    

Where:  HorseShoe Range, Anzac Rifle Range

              245 Franklin Street, Malabar.

Time:  There will be 3 sessions commencing from 1pm.  Advanced athletes will attend a session of up to 90mins. There will be one session held for advanced athletes.     

Attendees will be required to assist with Range set-up and pack-up.  

Date:  Every Saturday afternoon commencing 25th July to 30th August.  

Equipment: Biathlon rifle, armband, ammunition. Biathlon equipment can be provided, please indicate your requirements when registering. 

Who can Attend:  Licensed shooters, Minors Permit holders, athletes who have applied for their licences/minors permits, are encouraged to attend and lodge their EOI.

Athletes who are part-way through their permits, parents  wishing to obtain a license and those who wish to commence obtaining a licence are welcome to attend and asked to lodge their EOI.  

Cost:  Coaching cost will be advised once attendance numbers are known.    

Range fees - $25 (Junior)/ $35 (seniors). 

Rilfe Hire $5 per week - payment wll be on line when registering

Ammunition:  ammunition will be required. A box of ammuniton can be ordered for $9.00 per box (50 rounds).  It is suggested regular shooters order 500 rounds.
