IBU Biathlon Session - Alpine Target Rifle Club
Registrations for biathlon shooting training for Term 4 are now open.
This event will be run under the NSWRA COVID19 Safety Plan for community sport.
Where: HorseShoe Range, Anzac Rifle Range, 245 Franklin Street, Malabar.
Time: The session will commence at 1.30pm until 3.30pm and athletes are invited to attend for between 1hr and 2hrs of training between these times.
Set-Up and Pack Up: Attendees at the 1.30pm session are request to arrive around 1pm to sign-in and assist with set-up. Shooting will commence as soon after 1pm, once the Range is set-up. Atteendees to 3.30pm are requested to assist with pack-up.
Sign-Up Blocks: It is suggested athletes sign-up for sessions in continuity as this best develop skills.
Please register for each session you will be attending via a purchased ticket.

(28 Nov may also be an ACT ABA membership obervation session. If you require ABA membership, consider attending the ACT sessions. More details to be provided shortly.)
Dec dates: 5 Dec
Wear: Covered shoes, comfortable clothes for lying on a biathlon mat.
Bring: Drink, hat and wear sunscreen
Equipment: Biathlon rifle and accessories, armband, ammunition, magazine holders
Biathlon equipment can be provided, please indicate your requirements when registering.
Licence and Permits: Licensed shooters must bring their licence or minors permit.
If you are waiting for your licence to be issued a completed P650 form and shooter photo identification document is required. Parents must be in attendance if the athlete is under 18yrs, bring their own photo ID and medicare card with U18 child listed.
Cost: $30 coaching fees - pay on line when registering
Range fees - $25 (Junior)/ $35 (seniors). Payment by EFTPOS should be made at the Range when signing in.
Rilfe Hire $5 per week pay on line when registering
Ammunition: ammunition will be required. A box of ammuniton can be ordered for $10.00 per box (50 rounds).
