NSW Biathlon shoots ahead
Published Tue 07 Jul 2015
Members of NSW Biathlon and its state and national team athletes have commenced training at the Sydney International Shooting Centre (SISC).
Being able to use the fantastic facilities of the Sydney 2000 Olympics has meant the athletes have been able to train regularly given the extended hours and seven days a week SISC is open.
SISC features an electronic biathlon target program and provides a dedicated Range facility for the Biathletes to allow them to run and increase their heart-rate which simulates the conditions a biathlete experiences when racing on snow.
NSW Biathlon very much thanks SISC for facilitating its recent training and move from the Hornsby Range where it has trained for the last few years.
