Congratulations to the NSW biathletes who raced to some great results during winter in the Open and Youth (U19) Age Groups.  Sabrina Howell and Daniel Walker podiumed in all 3 Championship races with Sabrina skiing and shooting to 2 Championship victories and one 2^nd place. Daniel Walker performed consistently placing 3^rd in both Sprint and Individual races and is set to perform well at the upcoming 2016-17 IBU Cup races and progress towards qualification for IBU World Championships in February 2017.

Youth athletes Will Neuhaus, Gabrielle Hawkins and Matt Wright continue to consolidate and develop and will be targeting Youth/Junior World Championships in Ostrov, Russia as their major international event for the upcoming 2016-17 IBU season.

NSW Biathlon also welcomes Dyllan Harmer to its coaching ranks with Dyllan supporting Gabi Hawkins and Will Neuhaus at their winter races.
