The IBU Biathlon circuit at all levels moves all around Europe and in some seasons skips over to North America. Athletes and Biathlon followers develop their own favourite venues usually based on Wi-Fi, Coffee and the Family Tent!

For the second half of January and into February, the NSW/VIC/AUS athletes will be visiting Poland (pictured on front page), Slovakia (pictured below), Slovenia, Kazakhstan and Austria.

What is the Family Tent?

Every IBU Cup/World Cup venue has a Family Tent. This is a facility provided by the event organiser and provides food and drinks to the athletes, coaches and their support staff. Some are great and some not so great! The Teams quickly establish their faviourite venues and the Family Tent is always one of the key ranking items!
